I currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal check or money order. If you choose to send a check, your order will not ship until the check has cleared. If paying by check or money order, payment is expected to be sent out within 3 days of purchase. Please email me within the 3 days to let me know when it has been sent so I can keep an eye out for it.

Your jewelry will be handcrafted just for you once your payment is received. I am creating your jewelry from my home and I do have stock on every color I offer. However for large orders, I may have to order additional stock to complete your order. Shipping for individual orders will be 7-10 days from the time your payment is received. If I have to order additional stock to complete your order, shipping time will be 10-15 days from the time your payment is received.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another confirmation email when it's on the way to you.

Insurance on your package is optional but highly recommended. I will package your order carefully so that it gets to you safely, however sometimes things happen with the mail. Keeping this in mind, please note that I will not be responsible for uninsured shipments that are lost or damaged.
Child Bracelets:
5-8 years old = 5 1/2 inches
9-13 years old = 6 inches
Adult Bracelets:
Small = 7 inches
Average = 7 1/2 inches
Large = 8 inches
Larger than 8 inches will require an additional charge of .50 cents per inch.
Quantity 1 = 1inch larger
Please be sure you know what size bracelet you need when ordering. This is just an approximation guide, as each of us is different. If you would like a size that is not listed here, email me and I will be happy to accommodate you. If after you receive your bracelet you find that it doesn't fit, I will gladly re-size it for you at no charge for re-sizing, however a shipping charge will apply.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me first and I will work with you to try to resolve any issues. If it cannot be resolved, I will refund your full purchase price, not including shipping fees, upon return of the item.
You MUST contact me within 5 (five) days of receipt of your purchase. At that time, I will provide the address where the package should be returned for all non-resolved issues. Once I have received your order in its original new condition, your refund will be issued.
Upon receipt of the item, your money will be refunded, minus shipping fees.
I cannot be responsible for used, lost, stolen, or damaged items sent uninsured through the mail.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
The item must be returned insured and in its original new condition. Please use delivery confirmation on all returns and provide the tracking number after mailing. Please be sure that the returns are packaged securely in a box or bubble envelope.
I cannot accept COD's; products returned after 14 days unless specific arrangements have been made between you and I; products not in their original new condition or packaging; damaged products (unless you received it this way from the Post Office); or products that are missing beads or components.
I take great pride in my craftsmanship and the quality of each piece of jewelry I make. If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping or shows a defect in craftsmanship I will repair your item at no cost or offer you store credit.
It's easy to care for your new Swarovski jewelry. Follow these tips and your jewelry will continue to sparkle and shine for many, many years.
You may notice that over time your crystals look dull. This can happen with normal wear from every day activities that you don't even think twice about. Things like hairspray, hand lotions, perfume, make-up and even the natural oils from our skin can cause the crystals to lose their shine.
I recommend putting your jewelry on last, after you've applied lotions, you've dressed, your hair is done and you've applied your perfume.
Also, please don't sleep in your Swarovski jewelry or wear it while cleaning with harsh chemicals, washing dishes, in the shower or in the pool.
Use an old toothbrush to gently scrub the crystals/pearls with warm water and mild
soap. Then pat dry with a soft cloth.
Please Do NOT put your Swarovski jewelry in an ultra-sonic cleaner or use over the
counter jewelry cleaners as they will damage your Swarovski jewelry
because most contain ammonia or alcohol.
All silver tarnishes over time. This is a natural process that is called oxidation and is
caused just by being exposed to the air. Wearing your jewelry often is good for it as
the natural oils in our skin will help to reduce tarnishing.
Another way to keep your jewelry from tarnishing is to store any and all of your silver
jewelry in an air-tight plastic bag, or a jewelry box with anti-tarnish lining. Should you
notice that your jewelry is starting to tarnish, just use the soft, treated polishing cloth
which has been included free of charge with your order.
